Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaldi’s Coffeehouse & Roastery (“we”, “us”, “our”). We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. Because we deal in consumable food/beverage products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. All Sales Final

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once your order has been placed and the product has been shipped or delivered.

  • This includes food items, drinks, roasted coffee, and any other edible or consumable goods.


2. Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Goods)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery or pickup) so we can assess the issue.

To help us resolve the problem, please:

  • Provide your order number

  • Take clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and any damage

  • Describe the issue in detail

If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will:

  • Offer a replacement where possible, or

  • Issue a store credit if a replacement is not feasible

We do not issue cash refunds in these cases.


3. Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, you have a limited period (within 6 hour) to cancel if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After processing / shipping begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
